Several defendants ended the year by not taking advantage of second chances as the court found them in violation of their probation.Included in probation violators whose cases were heard by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley were:• Billy Wayne McGinnis, who was instructed to serve 120 days before being placed back on probation for violating his probation on his prior convictions on charges of felony theft, burglary, evading arrest, simple possession of marijuana and driving on a revoked license.• Rhonda Barnard must serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation on her prior convictions of theft and promoting the manufacture of meth.• Johanthan Bryant was instructed to serve 120 days before being placed back onto probation for violating his probation on his former conviction on charges of felony theft and evading arrest.• Jeremy A. Campbell must serve 120 days and have his probation extended by four months for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of DUI.• Kimberly Davis was released into the Drug Court on 40 days time served for violating her judicial diversion on charges of initiating and promoting the manufacture of meth and possession of drugs.• Darren L. Green must serve 90 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of DUI.• Brittany Lott must serve 150 days for violation of probation.
