That's a situation local entrepreneur Keval Sheth set out to remedy six years ago. A worldwide pandemic delayed Keval's timeline, but at last his dream is a reality. The Well at Tree City opened on Monday at 809 Sparta St. Keval, owner of The Inn at Tree City - A Best Western Signature Collection, saw an unfulfilled need for many of his hotel guests. "We unfortunately didn't really have a local place to send out-of-town guests who wanted a place to hang out and enjoy a drink. While there are so many people working to elevate the experience in McMinnville, having a place offering truly craft-made cocktails was a void. People were having to drive over 45 minutes for that experience," Keval said.
