A 28-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:• Timothy J. Nichols was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and make $1,542 restitution for grand theft.• Steven Mincey was bound to the grand jury on charges of forgery and grand theft.• Clayton Nichols was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault by strangulation.• Quarshaunda Peppers was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault. The defendant must also serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.• Bobbie Ikeard and Vanessa Ikeard were bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault.• Jeffery Jones was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated domestic assault.• Eric Wilson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.• Kimberly D. Foster was given a six-month probationary sentence and must work with the Department of Children’s Services for attempted child neglect.• Tyler D. McClure was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,000 plus court costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs and theft.• Jeremy L. Jones was bound to the grand jury on the charge of vandalism.• Michael Hallum must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Calvin Heady had his probation extended by six months and must remain in a halfway house for violation of probation.
