Vesta L. Kinney of McMinnville died Monday, Aug. 4.She was born Nov. 10, 1921 in DeKalb County, the daughter of the late Virgil Monroe and Bula Blair. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer R. Kinney, sister Ola Mae Byford, and brothers Kenneth Blair, Gentry Blair and Virgil Blair Jr.She is survived by brother Troy Medford Blair of McMinnville, sister Pauline Corbin of Shelbyville, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with pastor Dennis Clark officiating.
