Sprague to serve three months for selling trailer he didnt own

A man who sold a trailer that was not his will serve three months in jail.The man, Norman Leo Sprague IV, 29, entered a guilty plea before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to the charge of theft. He was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and make $600 restitution. The charge was dropped from felony theft to misdemeanor theft as a result of his guilty plea.The charge was filed against Sprague after a 16-foot trailer, valued at $2,500, was taken from a parking area on Red Road.
