Judge Bart Stanley ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court. Amanda Latrail Sowell was given 18 months of probation for aggravated criminal trespass and driving while license suspended second offense.Micah Trey James Hill had his judicial diversion set aside and was ordered to serve four years for theft. Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Danny Alan Arnold (10 days), Brandon Chase Belcher (30 days), Jamie E. Emler (90 days), Kristin Marie Flores (365 days), Patricia Fulcher (45 days), Thurman L. Hickerson (365 days), Roger Dale Hosse Jr. (50 days), Jerris Danny Wade (90 days), Angela Sue Walker (60 days), Billy Ray Wood Jr. (90 days) Danny Ray Murphy was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.
