Warren County Commissioners voiced concerns about the Industrial Development Board’s financial situation during Monday night’s monthly meeting.Based on an IDB report, it appears the organization intended to bring new businesses into the area is running in the red financially. The report, dated February 2012, shows IDB ended the month with a negative balance of $19,343. From July 2011 to February 2012, it lost almost $125,870.
