Passing hot checks is only part of the trouble State Representative candidate Kristopher Gore is in as he now stands charged with fraud and ripping off a member of the state legislature. Gore, 26, who remains on the ballot for the Democratic nomination for the 43rd District State Representative post long held by the retired Charles Curtiss, faces identity theft charges for allegedly using information taken from State Representative John Mark Windle of Livingston. Gore, prior to announcing his candidacy for the local office, had worked for Windle.
