TRUSTEE'S SALE

   Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain Deed of Trust executed July 16, 2010 by Larry Shane Redmon, an unmarried man to Sam Sawyer, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the office of the Register of Warren County, Tennessee, in Record Book 263, Page 556, and the undersigned having been appointed Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in Record Book 324 Page 331, in the said Register's Office, and the owner of the debt secured, Bank of America, N.A., having requested the undersigned to advertise and sell the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, all of said indebtedness having matured by default in the payment of a part thereof, at the option of the owner, this is to give notice that the undersigned will, on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 commencing at 01:00 PM, at the Front Door of the Courthouse, McMinnville, Warren County, Tennessee proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property, to-wit:

  Situated in County of Warren, State of Tennessee.

  A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1st Civil District of Warren County, Tennessee being bounded and described as follows: Beginning on an existing iron stake in the West margin of Golf Club Lane, and the same being the Northeast corner of Lot No. 13 of Woodland Hills Subdivision as shown by a Plat in Plat Book No. 7, Page 59 in RegisterÕs Office of Warren County, Tennessee, and running thence North 22¡ 13Õ West 150.22 feet with the West margin of Golf Club Lane to an iron stake; thence South 89¡ 32Õ West, 150.04 feet with Barry KingÕs line to an existing iron stake; thence South 87¡ 19Õ West, 150.08 feet with Barry KingÕs line to an existing iron stake; thence South 02¡ 42Õ East, 150.43 feet with Allen Jaco and Billy GeorgeÕs line to an existing iron stake; thence North 87¡ 14Õ East, 150.33 feet with John FuquaÕs line to an existing 4" x 4" concrete post flush with the ground and the Northwest corner of Lot No. 13 of Woodland Hills Subdivision; thence North 86¡ 30Õ East, 199.88 feet with the North line of Lot No. 13 of Woodland Hills Subdivision and John FuquaÕs line to the beginning.
