IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR WARREN COUNTY, TENNESSEE

It duly appearing to the court for the PlaintiffÕs Complaint which is sworn to that the Defendant, Charles Edward King, is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee and his whereabouts are unknown so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon him.

IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED, that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Southern Standard, a newspaper published in McMinnville, Tennessee, requiring the said Defendant, Charles Edward King, to serve upon Susan Marttala, ATTORNEY FOR PLAINTIFF, WHOSE ADDRESS IS 309 WEST MAIN STREET, MCMINNVILLE, TENNESSEE,  37110, an Answer to the Complaint served upon the Defendant by this publication within thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this NOTICE. IF HE FAILS TO DO SO, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST HIM FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.

That this matter shall be set for a final hearing on the 8th day of July, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Circuit Court room in McMinnville, Tennessee.
