PUBLIC SALE BY SEALED BIDS

Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be accepted by the Warren County Financial Management Committee at the Office of the Finance Director, Warren County Administrative Office Building, 201 Locust Street, Suite 2, McMinnville, Tennessee, 37110 up to but no later than 10:00 A. M. Central Time on Thursday, May 15, 2014 and then publicly opened and read for the sale of One (1) Surplus Three Compartment Stainless Steel Sink for the Warren County School System. 

The bid will be awarded to the bidder submitting the highest bid.  The sink will be sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees stated or implied.  The successful bidder will be responsible for removing the sink from the premises within Forty-Five (45) Days of the bid opening.  The successful bidder will also be responsible for any costs associated with removing the sink.  The surplus sink is located at the Old Morrison Elementary School, 600 School Street, Morrison, TN  37357.  Interested parties wishing to inspect the sink must contact Mr. Donnie Caldwell, Warren County Schools Maintenance Director, at (931) 581-8304 to arrange for an appointment.                                                                                 For additional information, please contact Mr. Donnie Caldwell, Warren County Schools Maintenance Director, at (931) 581-8304 or Mr. Dennis Baird with the Warren County Finance Department at (931) 473-2381 ext. 1007.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     The right is reserved as the interest of Warren County, Tennessee may require to accept or reject any or all bids received, to accept or reject any item thereon, to waive any informalities in bidding, and/or to abandon or postpone this project without any obligation to bidders.  In case of tie bids, Warren County, Tennessee reserves the right to negotiate with bidders.
