In this cause, it appearing from the Order of Publication, that the Respondent, DANIELLE LARKE, is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee and his whereabouts are unknown so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon her.

It is, Therefore, Ordered that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Southern Standard, a newspaper in McMinnville, Tennessee, requiring the said Respondent, DANIELLE LARKE, to serve upon BUD SHARP, Attorney for Petitioner, whose address is 112 COLLEGE STREET, MCMINNVILLE, TN 37110, an answer to the complaint served upon the Respondent by this publication within thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this notice, if she fails to do so, a judgment by default may be taken against her and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to said Respondent. Failure to answer or appear may result in terminations of RespondentÕs parental rights to the children referenced above.

   That this matter shall be set for a hearing on the 2nd day of April, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. i the Juvenile Court room in Warren County, Tennessee.
