Ervin Ray Bouldin, 70, a resident of Tullahoma, died Saturday Jan. 21 at Tennova Healthcare Harton Hospital in Tullahoma. He was born in Spencer on Aug. 21, 1946 to Ivory and Juanita Dodson Bouldin who preceded him in death along with his sister, Carolyn Hitchcock; and brother, R.J. Bouldin.He was retired power control supervisor at Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) and was a United States Navy veteran.He is survived by his daughters, Melanie (Brad) Smith of McMinnville and Lori Hale of Murfreesboro; brothers, Tom Bouldin of Kansas, Lindell Bouldin of Georgia and Steve (Rhonda) Bouldin of Covington; grandchildren, Hannah, Allison and Noah Hale, Sara and Alex Smith; a host of nieces and nephews and friends.Funeral service was held Tuesday at Layne Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Bouldin officiating with burial following at Shockley Cemetery with military honors. Layne Funeral Home of Spencer was in charge of arrangements.
