Pleasant View Baptist Church is presenting its third annual Awakening Youth Conference on Friday and Saturday, June 6-7, at the church located at 2355 Lonnie Smith Road in Woodbury.The Awakening is a conference designed to reach the youth of today, according to pastor Jeff Cripps.The event will feature different genres of Christian music including artist from 3 Nails Artist Management Group, as well as local talent.“We will have three bands Friday night as well as worship bands on Saturday night. We will begin serving food at 5 p.m. and services will begin at 6 p.m. each night. We do not have a set time, but the entertainment will last approximately two hours each night.
