Michael Emmett Woodard completed Navy Basic Training Jan. 20 at Great Lakes Naval Station in Illinois. He is now attending “A” school at the Great Lakes Naval Station, and will be going to his permanent duty station on the USS George H.W. Bush in Norfolk, Va. A 2009 Warren County High School graduate, Michael is the son of Emmett and Darlene Woodard.
