A Warren County High School graduate was killed Monday in Coffee County when her car drove under the wheels of an 18-wheeler.The victim has been identified by the Tennessee Highway Patrol as 26-year-old Ashley E. Anderson. A Morrison native, she was living in Nashville and working as a radiology technician at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. The fatal accident took place Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Pocahontas Road and Woodbury Highway. Anderson was reportedly traveling west on Pocahontas Road and looking straight into the evening sun as she approached the intersection. It is believed the sun hampered her vision as Anderson did not stop at the stop sign and pulled into the path of an 18-wheeler driven by Dale Eugene Wheeler, 51, of Jacksonville, Fla.
