To record or not to record? Video and audio recordings are becoming a hot topic for the Warren County Commission, with at least one commissioner having a personal aversion to being recorded.In Tuesday’s Policy and Personnel Committee meeting, chairman Ken Martin took a moment to speak his own feelings in regard to being recorded during committee or commission meetings.Martin’s remarks were directed at fellow District 3 Commissioner Michael Shane Wilcher, who is not a member of the committee, but who attended the meeting as an observer.Asking that he not be filmed as a personal favor, Martin said, “I, personally, and Michael I’ll go ahead and talk to you because it’s going to be directed straight to you, I do not like to be filmed or taped. I don’t even like to have my picture made.
