A local high school student has been arrested for allegedly shooting and killing a store owner during an armed robbery in Chattanooga.The student, Deuntray Kellogg, 16, has been charged with felony murder, especially aggravated robbery, and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was arrested by Chattanooga Police and is to be transferred to the Juvenile Detention Center where he will be held until a court determines if he will be tried as an adult.While listed in news reports as a Chattanooga resident, Kellogg was a sophomore at Warren County High School. He had been attending classes here since the start of the school year.
