Students get taste of business

Anyone wanting garden-ripened fruits and vegetables, fresh eggs, homemade honey, or nursery stock can to head to Warren County High School on Monday mornings between 8 and 11 a.m.Warren County High School FFA students are learning the ropes of entrepreneurship by selling produce and nursery stock at their own venue. The WCHS Farmers Market will be open every Monday through the month of July. It’s located at the high school behind the agricultural department, adjacent to the greenhouse where hydroponic lettuce is grown.Angela Crouch is a junior who has been working in her family’s garden since she was young.
