A dedication ceremony to name the McMinnville Water Treatment facility in honor of Carl W. Davis has been set for April 27. Officials passed a resolution Tuesday night.Until his untimely death on Sept. 5, 2010, Davis had worked for the city of McMinnville for 38 years in the McMinnville Water and Sewer Department. Davis was hired by the city in September 1972 as a supervisor at the Sewer Plant.
