A message on a teen’s cellphone has led to a burglary charge being filed against the youth.The suspect, Richard Wayne Norrod, 19, stands charged with aggravated burglary and underage consumption of alcohol. He will have a preliminary hearing before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke at a later date.He was charged several hours following a burglary when McMinnville police officer Corey Floyd saw him pulling into a driveway where the burglary had happened about six hours before. Floyd had taken the report earlier and was familiar with the evidence in the case.
