General Sessions Judge Bill Locke heard a 61-person docket Thursday morning in Traffic Court arraignment. Included in arraignment action:• Camilla Choate was ordered to serve 55 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose driving privileges for two years for second-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Aldo Aparicio was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Moriah Bowdoin was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Vondale Solomon was instructed to serve three days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.• Lonnie Byars was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $50 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Harry Feustel, Michael Shanks and Patches Hardy must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.ClarificationDavid McCormick, who is charged with domestic assault and violation of probation, is not the David McCormick who works at the Webb House and attends New Beginnings Baptist Church.
