A 91-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• McLouis Peterman was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Enrique Benitez was instructed to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.• Cody Earls was ordered to serve eight days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Amanda Chaple was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus cost and lose her driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Freddie Poetting was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Kasey Estes was handed a 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license.• Michael Schofner was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Dorian Loeffler was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Ernesto Ordonez was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Maria Martinez and Heriberto Perez were instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Thomas Sparkman was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Kalon Bell must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Timothy Bates, Hoss Stith, Justin Myers and Xochitl Escobedo must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
