A 28-person docket was heard Thursday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court arraignment division. Included in the morning session:• Brian Wells was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Cody Parsley was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.• Diego Ramirez was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must undergo batterers intervention for domestic assault.• Devoni Barks was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo anger management for domestic assault.• Amanda Shaffer was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo anger management for domestic assault.• Krystal Parker was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Brandon Boling was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on suspended license.• Anselmo Gonzalez was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Jerry McCormick was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI and possession of a prohibited weapon.• Frank Trinkaus was instructed to serve 12 days and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication and failure to appear in court.• Bryson Martin and Daniel Sanchez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Rita Brock must serve 48 hours and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
