Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court traffic division. Included in Circuit Court action:• Joshua D. Bain was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $100 plus costs, perform 32 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license. He must serve the balance of his former sentence for violating his probation on his prior conviction for driving on a revoked license.• LaFredrick Maurice Eddings was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $60 plus costs for third-offense driving on a suspended license and speeding.• Kevin Robert Carr was instructed to serve five days of a six-month sentence, pay $100 plus costs, perform 32 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Chad Keaton Conner was directed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 25 hours public service work, pay $150 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Bradley Denton Robertson was instructed to serve 180 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for sixth-offense driving on a suspended license.
