A 69-person docket was heard Thursday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court arraignment. Included in the morning session:• Eddie Young was instructed to serve 47 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a suspended license.• Jonie McMahan was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for two years for third-offense driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.• Douglas Jones was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Guadalupe Miller was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus cost and perform 16 hours public service work for driving on a suspended license and underage consumption.• Mark Jones was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Chad Nelson was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $300 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended license.• Carlos Perez was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving without a license.• Francisco Camacho must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Jose Luna must pay $60 plus costs for driving without a license and violation of the open container law.• Yancey Cope, Mario Parada, Maria Luviano, Phillip Lott, Jorge Lomas, Juan Feregrino, Eduardo Hernandez, Jose Hernandez, Giron Sandoval, Hugo Juarez, Michael Lawrence and Arturo Andrade must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Amber Brown must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
