A 52-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Becky Williams was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $100 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Donnie Roark was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $300 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Wendell Goff was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for reckless endangerment.• Jason Boren was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $400 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Hector Hernandez was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $160 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.• Maurice Martin was instructed to serve seven days of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for driving on a suspended license.• Ben Martin was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for driving on a suspended license.• John Cox was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for driving on a suspended license.• Jeffrey Locke was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Jose Rubio was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.• Tyler Ramsey was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Marcos Portillo was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Raul Alamilla must pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Ayla Keller, Johnny Mize, Jeffrey White and Mario Rocha must pay $10 plus cost for driving without a license.ClarificationCharges of burglary were dismissed against Rochelle Briest during her recent plea bargain to reckless endangerment and evading arrest charges. She was not charged with shoplifting despite her fleeing Walmart loss prevention officers that began the pursuit.
