A 46-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Marilyn Strayn was ordered to serve 47 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose her driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and violation of probation.
• Tracy Atterson and Allison Brewer were bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• Jeremy Shockley was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. He had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Wesley Leverett and Kenneth Stewart were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.
• Boyd Goins was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Maurice Martin was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of drugs and driving on a suspended license.
• Lucas Stoops was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Edgar Castillo was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
• Adam Ware must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Cory Hendrixson must pay $60 plus costs for driving without a license and failure to appear in court.
• Lucas Bowdoin, Ismael Morales, Jaime Tamplos, Norma Lopez, Jonathon Rigsby and Amanda Billings must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a driver license.
