A 56-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Jason Walker was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• Jeremy Barnes was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $750 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs.• James Morris was bound to the grand jury on the charge of fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Lonnie Byars was instructed to serve five days of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, lose his driver license for one year and perform 25 hours public service work for driving on a suspended license.• Clarissa Hernandez was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Andres Lopez must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Sabrina Byrge must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive and failure to appear in court.• Leslie Forsyth must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Ashley Anderson was ordered to serve 10 days and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license and failure to appear in court.
