A 58-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Larry Morton was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.
• Duane Yates was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm while under the influence. He must also forfeit his weapon.
• Jessica Weaver was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose her driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.
• Jeovani Jantes was bound to the grand jury on charges of third-offense DUI, third-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.
• Philando Fullilove must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Kevin Carr was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.
• Bethel Campbell, Jose Rodriguez, Brian Tidenberg, Zachary Turner, Mario Martinez, Michael McDorman and Tyler Martin were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• James Davenport was fined $50 plus costs for violation of the open container law.
