A 58-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Larry Morton was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Duane Yates was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm while under the influence. He must also forfeit his weapon.• Jessica Weaver was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose her driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.• Jeovani Jantes was bound to the grand jury on charges of third-offense DUI, third-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Philando Fullilove must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Kevin Carr was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.• Bethel Campbell, Jose Rodriguez, Brian Tidenberg, Zachary Turner, Mario Martinez, Michael McDorman and Tyler Martin were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• James Davenport was fined $50 plus costs for violation of the open container law.
