A 62-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Sergio Lopez was ordered to serve 47 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Christie Caldwell was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose her driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• Shane Suarez was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Dwayne Wilder was bound to the grand jury on the charge of seventh-offense driving on a suspended license.• Dickey Basham was instructed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, lose his driver license for one year, and install an ignition interlock system for DUI.• Travis Stoner was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his driver license for one year for reckless endangerment and DUI.• Charity Fults and Chad Pugh were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, lose driving privileges for one year and attend DUI class for DUI.• Savannah Mason was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus cost and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license. She must serve an additional 10 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Carolyn Lee was bound to the grand jury on charges of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license and criminal impersonation.• Jason Griffith was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence for possession of a firearm.• Kelly Willis was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $260 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for simple possession, driving without a license and failure to appear in court.• Jody Jennings was given an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.
