A 75-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:• Ruben Carrillo, David Thompson, Nigel Hopkins and Steve Holder were instructed to serve 48 hours of 11-month, 29-day sentences, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, pay $350 plus costs, and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Cynthia Bowhall must pay $250 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose her driver license for one year for underage DUI.• Anthony Osborne was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Jessica Jenkins was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment, and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Justin Hill was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Kenneth Dodson was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence for theft.• David Dolores, Jeremy Bouldin, Diego Nicholas, Francisco Perez and Eduardo Monjaraz must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.The remaining cases on the docket were either dismissed, continued or were minor moving violations settled by fine or safety school. ClarificationJessica Elkins Higgins, a teacher with Warren County Schools, is not the Jessica Elkins charged with driving on a suspended license and criminal impersonation.
