A 78-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Randy Gilley was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,150 plus costs and lose his driver license for six years for third-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Vanessa Pinegar must serve four days for violation of probation. She was bound to the grand jury for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Rafael Aguillon was instructed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.• Jason Sweatman was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for reckless driving.• Jorge Soto was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Roy Parsley must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Johnny Pack and Melinda Turner must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Vickie Anderson must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.The remainder of the cases were either continued, dismissed, or were minor moving violations settled by fine or safety school.
