A 95-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. There has been no Tuesday General Sessions Court the past two weeks due to the election and Veterans Day. Included in the Thursday session:• Jeffery Fults was bound to the grand jury on charges of second-offense DUI and two counts of reckless endangerment.• Cathie McMahan was issued an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and must make $180 restitution and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for fraudulent use of a credit card.• Jessica Jenkins was instructed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $900 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• June Sullivan was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Paul Caldwell was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and perform 24 hours public service work and make restitution for theft.• Felipe Juarez, Jesus Santos, Cecile Velez, Ashley Taylor and Olga Flores must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.The remaining cases on the docket were either continued to a later date, dismissed, or were minor moving violations settled by fine or safety school.
