Three members of the Warren County Emergency Communications District Board of Directors were recently inducted into the Tennessee 911 Hall of Honor at the 911 Winter Workshop held in Gatlinburg. Judy Kelsey, Frank Rice, and Gary George received the honor for their commitment, dedication, and service to the Tennessee 911 community. The awards were presented at the October meeting by board chairman and original 911 Board member Mark Gribble.Judy Kelsey joined the 911 Board in 1999 and is presently secretary.
