Bobby Ray Elementary SPED pre-K paraprofessionals Sandra Stotts and Sherry Bouldin have been named Warren County School’s Classified Employees of the Month.

Stotts and Bouldin were nominated by Special Education director Candice Willmore.

“These two ladies have always been shining stars in our department, however they have gone above and beyond expectations this past month,” said Willmore. “After the certified teacher resigned, these two ladies have taken care of all the needs of the students and have done an excellent job.”

Willmore also explained others have noticed and commented on the exceptional job Stotts and Bouldin are doing.

Added Willmore, “While I know this has been difficult to be without a certified teacher while we were trying to fill the position, they have never complained and carried on as usual. We appreciate them more than they know.”

Both Stotts and Bouldin agreed they are surprised and honored to receive such recognition.

“It made me tear up and feel so good,” explained Bouldin. “This is my fourth year and I love my job.”

Added Stotts, “I feel so blessed to have worked with so many special people over my 30 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better job. We just love these kids.”

These awards were given for March.
