MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — A Tennessee man who was arrested in Wisconsin has been indicted on first-degree murder charges in the shooting of his wife and another person. The Shelby County district attorney's office said Wednesday that 38-year-old Markese Gibbs was extradited last week to Memphis after his arrest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Investigators said Izeal Jones was found dead on a Memphis street on July 21.
