JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) — Authorities say a Tennessee man who was being held in a detention center on violation of probation and failure to report charges has been found dead in a cell. Washington County Sheriff Ed Graybeal said in a statement Wednesday that 44-year-old Ralph Vincent Hamilton was found unresponsive in his cell. Authorities say no foul play was suspected.
