Trick or Treat on Main Street will be held Monday for children to precede normal trick-or-treating Monday night.While Halloween will be observed Monday, there will be downtown activities Saturday afternoon to help get everyone in the spirit.On Saturday, activities begin at 1 p.m. and will include two Trunk or Treat events, McMinnville’s Fall Crawl 5K, Ghosts and Ghouls Car Show, A Walk in the Past, and costume contests for the young and young at heart.Saturday’s downtown schedule includes:• 1-5 p.m. — Ghosts and Ghouls Car Show, presented by Southern Standard, and Trunk or Treat on Main Street sponsored by Main Street McMinnville. Young people will be treated to candy from vintage and modern vehicles.• 1-5 p.m. — Kritter’s Korner will be presented by the Chamber of Commerce in its Community Room. Come get pictures with Ollie Otter, Fire Pup, Gilley Frog, or Bonnie Bear.
