A man who drew attention to himself twice in a one-month span has been bound over to the grand jury on 11 different charges from running a red light, to domestic assault, to possession of meth.Eric Conatser, 34, has been bound to the grand jury, while his wife, Tiffani Conatser, also faces meth and other drug possession charges.Mr. Conatser’s recent trouble started Jan. 25 when he reportedly ran a red light. When he was pulled over for the offense by state trooper Al Seitner, the trooper noticed suspicious behavior and was given permission to search the vehicle.Troop Seitner found 25 feet of plastic tubing, batteries, and cold medicine required to make meth.It was one month later, on Feb. 26, when McMinnville policeman Kenneth Seagraves answered a call involving a domestic dispute at the Conatsers’ home on Garfield Street. Seagraves said in his warrant against Mr. Conatser that he witnessed him assaulting his wife when he arrived on the scene.Upon entering the home, Seagraves noticed in plain view items believed to be meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
