Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court Traffic Division. Included in court action:• Israel Gutierrez was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $2,131 and lose his driver license for three years for third-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jennifer White was given an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and must pay $1,603 for simple possession of drugs and driving without a license.• Jonathon Rigsby was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,461 and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of drugs.• Jimmy Russell was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license.• Kayla Rackley was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $2,060, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI and simple possession of marijuana.• Letha Kincer was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,281, and perform 16 hours public service work for simple possession of marijuana.• Aaron Harbin was bound to the grand jury on charges of violation of habitual traffic offender status and driving on a revoked license.• Jennifer Mabe was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs.• Shawn Martin was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.• Harry Brown was directed to serve five days, pay $544, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Gilberto Ortiz was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Antonio Perez was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Stephen Kennedy must serve 48 hours and pay $299 for driving without a license.• Ines Guel, William Breeding and Dina Northcutt must pay $152 for driving without a driver license.• Cody Crips must serve the balance of his sentence but May be furloughed for rehab for violation of probation. He must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.
