Ross hears 42-person docket

A 42-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Troy C. Martin was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $1,231 for domestic assault and possession of marijuana.• Jason Sullivan was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $1,311 for possession of drugs.• Benjamin Webster was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.• Anthony Pollard was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $280 for domestic assault.• Jeremy Farley was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $1,000.• Shanna Hammock was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.• Charles W. Boles was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay court costs for custodial interference.• John Lillard Jr., was bound to the grand jury on charges of simple possession of marijuana and joyriding.• Patrick Tucker was bound to the grand jury on the charge of allowing dogs to run at-large.• Jessica Bogle and Denise Cooper Crochet must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Randi Radekin must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Keith E. Bell must serve the balance of his sentence plus 48 hours for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
