Warren County Commissioner Kenneth Rogers told members of the full court he has received a phone call from a citizen who had a strange dog in their trash. According to Rogers, the citizen called Warren County Animal Control asking them to pick up the dog and employee Kim Pettrey told the person to shoot the dog. “I don’t know if it’s true, but the person said Kim told them to shoot it,” said Rogers during Monday night’s full Warren County Commission meeting.Commissioner Charles Morgan started the conversation when he said, “I’m receiving complaints that we aren’t going out on calls.
