McMinnville officials are still in limbo regarding the grant from Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency for Riverfront Park improvements.Encouragement has been received from TWRA to accept the grant. City administrator David Rutherford says he received one such phone call from the gentleman who wrote the grant.“I asked him about all the language in the grant and if we would be held accountable and the possibility of an audit,” Rutherford said during last week’s Parks and Recreation Committee meeting. “He said that’s never really happened before.
