Larry Flatt is offering a $300 reward for the return of two large tarps that were stolen from his property early Wednesday morning.The tarps are both around 30-feet by 50-feet and weigh about 150 pounds, Flatt said. They were being used to cover some of his hay on Yager Road.“I contacted the sheriff’s department and they came out to take a report,” said Flatt. “It appears from the tracks, two vehicles came on the property and they were used to take the tarps.
