Alderman Billy Wood was absent.Accepted was a bid from Custom Recreation from Hendersonville in the amount of $13,855 to resurface the indoor tennis court and the four outdoor courts. When it comes to the fee increase, the change was presented to Parks and Recreation Committee members on the same night.“After reviewing the fees for 2011, which have been the same for several years, I am recommending a fee increase,” said Parks and Recreation interim director Greg Wanamaker.Practice sessions will now cost $10, which is an increase of $5.
