Probation violators sentenced

Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against several who failed to take advantage of their second chances. Included in probation violators:• Billy Bowdoin must serve 90 days for violating his probation on his prior convictions on charges of theft, unlawful carrying a weapon by a convicted felon, and violation of the financial responsibility law.• Justin Hill must serve 90 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on charges of simple possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Stephen Matt O’Neal was released on 57 days time served for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of passing a worthless check.• McLouis Peterman was instructed to serve 45 days and have his probation extended by six months for violating his probation on his prior conviction on charges of driving on a revoked license.• Rebecca D. Wilder was ordered to serve six months for violating her probation on her prior convictions on charges of third-offense DUI, simple possession of drugs, and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jennifer Woodlee was released on time served and had her probation extended by one year for violating her probation on her prior conviction on the charge of delivery of drugs.
