Monday night’s Warren County Commission meeting offered an abundance of farewells as the court said goodbye to almost half its members, as well as County Executive John Pelham. Pelham, who decided to not seek re-election for a third term, was presented with a flag of Warren County by incoming County Executive Herschel Wells.
