Three quarters of a century after the vision of Cowan Oldham became a reality, Park Theater balcony renovation is in the foreseeable future to once again allow patrons their first view from above since 1986.“The one request I hear the most is if the balcony is available,” said Kendra Foust, McMinnville Parks and Recreation program coordinator. “They tell me about their memories of sitting in the balcony area of Park Theater and what movie they saw.
