A woman accused of lying to the judge while holding her baby in her arms has been hit with perjury charges. The woman, Whitney Nicole Pack, is awaiting arraignment on the felony count after she was indicted recently by the grand jury for allegedly false statements she made in General Sessions Court before Judge Larry Ross. The statements came in a domestic assault case against her boyfriend, a case which she reportedly wanted dismissed and therefore had refused to cooperate with prosecutors. Her about-face prompted Judge Ross to put her under oath regarding the facts of how the warrant against her boyfriend was signed. During her time before the court, with her baby in her arms, she swore it was not her who signed a warrant before a judicial commissioner against Luis Rodriguez.
